The 16th Academician Conference of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) was held recently. SOE professor He Kebin, as well as alumni Hou Li’an and Chen Jian were named directors and deputy directors of the CAE academic divisions.
He Kebin, dean of Tsinghua University Institute for Carbon Neutrality and professor of the School of Environment, was voted director of the CAE Environment & Light and Textile Industries Engineering Academic Division.
SOE alumni Hou Li’an and Chen Jian were elected deputy directors of the CAE Environment & Light and Textile Industries Engineering Academic Division.
In addition, SOE alumni Wang Jinnan was elected member of the 8th Standing Committee of the Engineering Management Academic Division.
